What is the cut-off time for normal service?

2pm. After that, automatically, the next faster service, the URGENT class applies. After 4pm, only Double-Urgent and Immediate Classes is availiable.


How do you calculate time of activation?
From the moment of your document / parcel readiness if not ready at the time of call. Otherwise, the timing start with your call.



When can I expect the pickup once I called?
Within half-time. If a package hasn't been picked by then, it could have been a miscommunication. You should check.


Can I call to check on the status of pickup or delivery?
